A suspected gas leak is the one emergency where you call the National Gas Emergency Service first on 0800 111 999. Once the supply is made safe, OGB Sussex’s Gas Safe registered engineers find and repair the fault across East and West Sussex — including Brighton, Hove, Worthing, Crawley, Eastbourne and surrounding areas. How we work
Three steps from phone call to fixed

Call
We check first that National Gas have been called and the supply is safe, then ask what you smelled, where, and which appliances were running, so the engineer arrives knowing where to start.

We arrive
Within 90 minutes you get a call from us with a named engineer and a realistic arrival window, another call when they are on the way, and then we turn up inside the window we gave you.

Problem solved
We repair the fault, pressure-test the pipework, recommission every appliance on the supply and give you the test results in writing before we leave.
