Local knowledge

One team for the whole of Sussex

West Sussex and East Sussex have separate county councils, and Brighton and Hove has its own city council. We work across all three areas from one office on Conway Street in Hove, with the same team and the same phone number wherever you live.

The plumbing changes as you travel. Coastal towns have tall period houses split into flats, where a leak in one home often ends up in another. Inland towns such as Crawley, Horsham and Burgess Hill have more post-war and modern estates, with combi boilers and plastic pipe. Villages on the Downs and in the Weald bring long supply pipes, outbuildings and older cottages, each with its own weak spots.

Each of our main towns has its own page with local detail. Read about our work in Brighton, Worthing, Crawley and Eastbourne. Hove is home, so it is the patch we reach most easily. Whichever page you start on, the call comes through to the same people.

Some emergencies are not ours to start with. If you smell gas, call the National Gas Emergency line on 0800 111 999 before anything else, then call us once the supply is safe. For water damage, our plasterers, flooring fitters and decorators can put the room right after the plumbing is fixed, so you do not need a second firm. That also means one person to deal with from start to finish.

3
Problem solved
We stop the water, repair the fault, tidy up and tell you plainly what failed and what it will cost to put right permanently.
